Early Life
Joseph Edward Root was born on December 30 1990. His parents are Matt Root and Helen Root. Matt teaches cricket to young kids and Helen is a nurse. Joe's hometown is Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. He has one sibling named Billy Root. At the young age Joe was also a football fan and a golf fan.
he loved Sachin Tendulkar and he does even now. In 2007 Joe Root had his first U19 game of cricket and that was a test. The game was against New Zealand. New Zealand had sadly won the game by 2 wickets but Joe Root had scored 34 runs. 34 runs is a good score for an under 19 first game but Joe Root didn't say 'oh I'm already good I don't need to practice more and get better' instead he still practiced, in fact he practiced a lot and got so good that people called him the England future star even though he is a teenager.
What do I admire about Joe Root?
What I admire about Joe Root is that he is not only good at cricket he is also very kind. I admire a few more things about him, they are that he has scored 13,700 runs and he has 40 centuries. Joe Root also holds a record of 700 run partnerships that is something I admire about him. And also he never rushes.
Middle Life
By 2009 Joe Root came to Over 19 now and started in Yorkshire. Over 19 is the max stage that cricket players can get to. Joe Root got took to Over 19 by playing so extraordinary that it was acceptable to move from under 19 to over 19. The game was England's triumph over Bangladesh in 2008. If you see Joe Root pla-

had an advantage of home country. This doesn't mean that Joe didn't work hard, he worked very hard and tried to get a big triumph of beating Australia 5-0. Joe's brother had similar experiences. Joe Root has the second most test runs. Joe Root is only 2,253 runs away from breaking a serious test record called the most test runs. Joe Root has the most test centuries but only for England. In the most test run record Joe passed Rahul Dravid from India, Jacques Kallis from South Africa and Ricky Pointing from Australia and is yet to pass Sachin Tendulkar from India. This took passing millions and billions of people.

Late Life
Joe continued to be out and about practicing cricket with his teammates or if they are not free to play then he plays with Billy Root who is his sibling and teammate. This is an everyday thing. Later and later when a thrilling test happened against India it was a big b- and England had a new player named Shoaib Bashir.
Shoaib Bashir and Billy Root were struggling. India kept hitting them for sixes. So Joe decided to call his captain named Ben Stokes to help them because he is an allrounder and Joe is a batter and they were struggling in bowling. In the fourth test Joe got the second most test runs. At that time the whole stadium saw the guy in the field whose back said Root 66. Then in the fifth test the Indian crowd had fear when Joe came to bat and unfortunately India won that test but luckily the series was a draw. "It is fine team, we tried our best and at
least it was a draw and no tie breaker, also this Indian side is the second best team in the world and we are 6th" Joe said to his team. After a few more months it was the end of 2025 and Joe had the series against Australia that Joe lost but he scored his first and second centuries in Australia. The win for Australia was 4-1. In that series Joe's team was in the real fight of a win 5-0. Australia's advantage was home country.
By now it was 2026. Joe made a difference in the world by inspiring the whole England and young fans like me. Joe also does philanthropy so poor people in England can be rich. If Joe did not achieve his goals we would have a much worse England team and we would not have a rising star who is one of the finest batters in cricket. Joe Root must be remembered because of his mindset and how he plays shots, every stroke has a story of talent.
